If the campaign has not yet ended, you can request a refund by contacting us at

If the campaign has ended, but not successful (ie, not fully funded), we will be contacting you to process your refund.

If the campaign has ended and is successful (ie, fully funded), you will not be able to request a refund. All funds will go directly to the project owner.
